WHAT I DO
Services built for nonprofit realities.
I help nonprofits build Salesforce systems their teams can actually trust, use, and maintain. Whether you're managing donor relationships, tracking grants, automating manual processes, or cleaning up years of messy data — I bring the hands-on expertise to make your Salesforce instance work the way your organization needs it to.
Every engagement is delivered remotely with clear communication, structured documentation, and support designed for teams at every technical level. No jargon, no confusion — just practical solutions that stick.
Salesforce Assessment & Roadmaps
Know where you are.
Know what to do next.
Get a clear picture of what's working, what's creating problems, and what your organization should tackle first. I assess your Salesforce environment, identify risks and opportunities, and create a prioritized roadmap you can actually use.
Salesforce Optimization
Make Salesforce work better for your organization.
Improve the structure, security, configuration, and usability of your Salesforce system. Whether you're working with an inherited org or simply know your current setup could be better, I'll help turn Salesforce into a system your team can rely on.
Data & Reporting
Turn your Salesforce data into information you can trust.
Clean up inconsistent data, improve reporting, and build dashboards that give your team and leadership the visibility they need. The goal is simple: fewer questions about whether the numbers are right and more confidence in using them.
Automation & Process Improvement
Give your team time back.
Replace repetitive manual work with thoughtful Salesforce automation and better processes. From Flows and notifications to redesigned workflows, I'll help your team spend less time working around Salesforce and more time doing their actual work.
Governance, Documentation & Training
Build a Salesforce system your organization can maintain.
Good Salesforce administration isn't just about configuration. It's also about clear processes, consistent standards, useful documentation, and people who know how to use the system. I'll help build the structure your organization needs for long-term Salesforce health.

WHO I SERVE
Built for mission-driven organizations.
If your team cares deeply about your work but feels like your Salesforce org is fighting against you — you're exactly who I work with.
Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation
Organizations managing animal intake, medical records, volunteer coordination, and release tracking — with small staff and enormous operational complexity.
Zoos, Aquariums & Nature Centers
Membership management, education program enrollment, donor campaigns, and visitor engagement — all running through Salesforce the way it should.
Orgs with Inherited Salesforce
You were handed an org no one fully understands. Let's audit what you have, clean it up, and build from solid ground.
Conservation & Land Trust Organizations
Land conservancies, environmental advocacy groups, and conservation nonprofits managing donor cultivation, grant compliance, stewardship visits, and program outcomes.
Environmental Education & Advocacy
Organizations tracking constituent engagement, campaign impact, and fundraising across a passionate donor base that cares deeply about outcomes.
Growing Organizations
Ready to scale but your systems haven't kept up. Let's build the infrastructure your next phase of growth needs.
ABOUT Me
I speak both wildlife nonprofit and Salesforce.
I'm Jessie Bender — a Salesforce Certified Administrator, registered Salesforce Consulting Partner, and former zookeeper and wildlife educator based in Arvada, Colorado.
Before I was a Salesforce consultant, I worked directly with wildlife. That experience shapes everything about how I serve conservation and environmental organizations — I understand your programs, your donor relationships, and your operational challenges from the inside, not just the technology side.
After years in wildlife work, I transitioned into business operations and ultimately into Salesforce nonprofit administration, spending three years as the sole Salesforce administrator for a nonprofit — managing NPSP, donor data, grant tracking, automation, and a team that depended on the system every day.
I founded Spruce Bloom Consulting because wildlife, conservation, and environmental organizations deserve Salesforce support from someone who genuinely understands their mission. I don't just configure systems — I train your people, document the work, and build systems your organization can actually maintain.
