How We Work Together
Every engagement starts with understanding your mission and ends with a system that serves it.

1
Free Exploratory Call
Not sure where to start? Let's talk for 30 minutes. You share where things stand, what's frustrating your team, and what you wish your Salesforce could do — and I'll give you an honest picture of what's possible and how I can help.
2
Discovery & Assessment
We start by understanding your Salesforce environment, your team, and your goals. A focused deep-dive that surfaces what's working, what isn't, and what to tackle first.
3
Build & Optimize
Based on what we find, we get to work — cleaning data, building flows, configuring custom objects, and aligning your system to how your org actually operates.
4
Document & Govern
Every change is documented. SOPs, naming conventions, and change logs that protect your investment and set up whoever comes next.
5
Training & User Adoption
Your team trained, confident, and actually using the system. Recorded walkthroughs, step-by-step guides, and live sessions that make adoption stick.
6
Ongoing Administration
A dedicated Salesforce partner in your corner for the long term — handling day-to-day admin, continuous improvements, and whatever comes next.
Project-Based Solutions
Need something specific?
Not every engagement needs to start at the beginning. If you know exactly what you need, choose a standalone project below.

Salesforce Full Assessment
starting at $600
A structured deep dive into your Salesforce environment — configuration, data health, security, integrations, and user adoption — delivered as a prioritized improvement roadmap your team can actually act on.
What's included: Configuration and security audit, data health evaluation, integration review, user adoption assessment, written findings report, prioritized improvement roadmap, and a 60-minute findings presentation with your team.
Not included: Implementation of recommendations, data migrations, Flow builds, or training sessions. These are scoped separately once the roadmap is delivered and are available as add-ons.
Salesforce Health Check
starting at $400
A lighter-weight version of your full assessment. Quick review of org setup, key risk areas, and a short written summary of what needs attention. Good entry point for nonprofits not ready for a full engagement.
Report & Dashboard Build
$200–350
2–3 custom reports plus one dashboard built to your specs. Great for board meeting prep or grant reporting needs.
SOP / Documentation Package $300–500
Written documentation for a specific process — donation workflow, data entry standards, etc. Scales with complexity.
Data Cleanup Sprint
$400–600
Deduplication and standardization of one object (Contacts, Donations, Accounts). Includes a before/after summary.
Covers one Salesforce object per sprint.
NPSP Setup & Optimization
starting at $500
Your NPSP instance configured, cleaned up, or built to support the way your nonprofit actually operates. Donor management, household settings, gift processing, recurring donations, and relationship tracking — set up properly so your team can trust the data and focus on the mission.
Already on NPSP and not ready to migrate? You're not alone — tens of thousands of nonprofits still run on NPSP, and a well-maintained instance continues to deliver real value. I'll help you get the most out of what you have, and when the time comes to explore Nonprofit Cloud, I'll help you navigate that too.
Salesforce Configuration & Customization
starting at $350
Custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and permission structures built around how your team actually works — not just Salesforce defaults. Whether you need one targeted fix or a focused build, this is hands-on configuration that makes your org feel like yours.
New User Setup & Onboarding
$150
Profile, permission set assignment, and a guided walkthrough for one new staff member.
1:1 Training Session
$125/session
60-minute live training on a specific Salesforce function for one staff member, recorded for future reference.
NPSP Quick Fix
$200–400
Resolve a specific donor/donation tracking issue — broken opportunity stages, household model problems, recurring donation errors.
Ongoing Support
Your budget should go toward your mission — not a six-figure technology hire. A mid-level Salesforce Administrator in Denver costs $85,000–$120,000 in salary alone before benefits and overhead. Ongoing support with Spruce Bloom gives you expert, consistent Salesforce coverage at a fraction of that cost — with the flexibility to scale up or down as your organization grows.
Every tier includes direct access to a certified administrator who knows nonprofit operations from the inside out.

Light Support
Starting at $750/month
approximately 5–7 hours
Best for organizations that have a handle on the basics but need a reliable expert available when things come up. Covers reactive troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and reporting help — without a long commitment.
What's included: Reactive support, minor fixes, basic report updates, and email/message access during business hours.
Not included: New object builds, Flow automations, data migrations, or implementation work. Those are scoped separately as project-based services.
Medium Ownership
$1,200–1,500/month
approximately 10-12 hours
The sweet spot for most nonprofits. I take on consistent administrative oversight, keep your data clean and reporting sharp, train your staff, and proactively improve your workflows — so Salesforce stops being a burden and starts being an asset.
What's included: Proactive admin oversight, data quality maintenance, report and dashboard updates, user support, and one small enhancement per month.
Not included: Large-scale builds, multi-object data migrations, or full implementation projects. These are scoped and priced separately when they arise.
High Ownership
$1,800–3,000/month
approximately 15-20 hours
For organizations ready to make Salesforce a true strategic platform. I take the lead on system improvement, manage integrations across your full tech stack, and drive proactive optimization — acting as a dedicated Salesforce resource without the cost of a full-time hire.
What's included: Full administrative ownership, integration oversight, proactive system improvements, staff training, documentation maintenance, and strategic road-mapping. Priority response and monthly check-in call included.
Not included: Custom development requiring Apex code or Lightning Web Components — those are outsourced to a certified developer and scoped separately.
