WHAT I DO
Services built for nonprofit realities.
I help nonprofits build Salesforce systems that their teams actually use. Whether you're managing donor relationships, tracking grants, automating manual processes, or cleaning up years of messy data — I bring the hands-on expertise to make your Salesforce instance work the way your organization needs it to.
Every engagement is delivered remotely with clear communication, structured documentation, and support designed for teams at every technical level. No jargon, no confusion — just practical solutions that stick.
Discovery & Assessment
A focused 2–4 week deep-dive into your current Salesforce environment. Configuration review, data health evaluation, gap identification, and a prioritized improvement roadmap.
Documentation & Governance
Standard operating procedures, change logs, naming conventions, and governance frameworks. Build an org your future self — and your next hire — will thank you for.
Systems Coordination
Integration review, vendor communication, process alignment across platforms like Google, Classy, Mailchimp, Zapier, and Monday.com. One point of clarity across your whole tech stack.
Salesforce Administration
Configuration management, automation review and optimization, permission and access oversight, data imports, and day-to-day troubleshooting. Your org, running the way it should.
Reporting & Data Support
Custom dashboards, KPI visibility, data quality audits, and cleanup planning. Turn your Salesforce data into the decision-making tool your leadership team actually needs.
User Enablement & Training
Staff training, onboarding support, step-by-step documentation, workflow guidance, and recorded walkthroughs. Adoption happens when people feel confident — not confused.

WHO I SERVE
Built for mission-driven organizations.
If your team cares deeply about your work but feels like your Salesforce org is fighting against you — you're exactly who I work with.
Human Services Nonprofits
Organizations managing programs, case data, and donor relationships with small admin teams and big expectations.
Orgs with Inherited Salesforce
You were handed an org no one fully understands. Let's audit what you have, clean it up, and build from solid ground.
Community Outreach Organizations
Teams tracking volunteers, events, and community impact who need reliable data without a full-time IT person.
Growing Organizations
Ready to scale but your systems haven't kept up. Let's build the infrastructure your next phase of growth needs.
ABOUT Me
I speak both nonprofit and Salesforce.
I'm Jessie Bender — a Certified Salesforce Administrator, based in Arvada, Colorado, with over a decade of hands-on experience overhauling CRM systems, cleaning up messy data, and helping teams actually use the tools they've invested in.
My background spans operations, systems management, and user training across nonprofits and small organizations. I know that your Salesforce org is often inherited, undertrained, and stretched thin — and I know exactly how to fix that without making your team feel behind.
I don't just configure systems — I train your people, write the documentation, and make sure nothing breaks when I'm gone.
